How do I maximize the expertise provided by a professional Interior Decorator?

Make a list of what you want out of your space, what is important to you and your family and what items are to remain. Write down what isn't working in the space as it functions today.

Magazines are a good source of information. Begin a file of magazine pictures that you like (and dislike) to help us understand your style and personality.

Be aware of your budget before starting the project.

What is the pricing for your Interior Decorating services?

An initial consultation for a major room such as a bedroom, living room, dining room or family room is $75 - $100 depending upon the advice you seek. A kitchen consultation begins at $100 while a bathroom consultation can be priced at just $50.00.

We love referrals! We discount consultation services for repeat business or with the booking of a friend or relative. We provide gift certificates should you wish to give our services as a gift.

Please contact us about your project. Each project is different and we would be happy to discuss pricing and provide a quotation for your specific project.

We will apply 50% of the consult fee if we proceed with a decorating project.

What is the process I can expect during my Interior Decorating project?

What is my style?

We work hard to create spaces that meet the style and expectations of our clients as unique individuals and families. We strive to make your vision a reality through our consultation process. Room by room, client by client we uncover your style through specific questions and by working in partnership. Then we apply inspired décor choices and the application of sound design principles to "lead your way home".

Can I keep my favourite items or do I have to start fresh?

We often work with special treasures, key pieces of furniture or artwork as a point of inspiration. If it is important to you we'll include it in our final plan.

Can I complete some of the work myself?

Of course. Or you could hire an independent contractor or you could hire our team to complete the work. We're a team that provides full services, however the option of what services you use is up to you.

Why should I invest in hiring a Staging Professional? Isn't it just decluttering and keeping my home tidy?

Staging is a 3 step process far beyond decluttering and keeping your home tidy. A staged property presents the property's best features to targeted buyers. A Staging Professional is trained to identify and showcase these features to achieve top dollar as well as understanding today's buyer to ensure broad appeal allowing your house to sell faster than the competition's house.

How is Staging priced?

Staging is an investment to maximize the sale of your property. It is priced below the usual 1st price drop that occurs during the negotiation process of the property's sale.
The initial consultation can be priced as low as $200.00 for a home with 1800 square feet of living space or less (excluding the basement). Larger home consultations are priced per square foot .
